Industry Working Group
The Film and TV Welfare Association Industry Working Group is a group of experienced professionals dedicated to improving welfare, mental health, and duty of care across the industry. Our members bring direct, hands-on experience of welfare from the frontlines of production, editorial, legal, HR, and compliance —ensuring a comprehensive and informed approach to tackling industry challenges.
As a voluntary initiative, we collaborate to identify key issues, share best practices, and drive meaningful change. With firsthand knowledge of the pressures and demands of the industry, we work to develop practical solutions that support and protect those working within it.
